Will raw hair always bleach to exactly the same colour?

Can I dye raw hair?

Yes, raw human hair can generally be coloured. However, colouring changes the condition of the hair and repeated chemical processing can affect longevity. Professional colour application is strongly recommended.

No. Because raw hair comes from natural donors, results can vary between batches. Even within the same collection, hair may respond differently to colour. This is one of the natural characteristics of raw hair.

Why does Enesy Hair operate on pre-order?

When will my pre-order arrive?

Our pre-order model allows us to source specific hair for your order rather than holding large amounts of inventory. This gives us greater flexibility in offering premium hair collections while maintaining a more considered pricing structure.

Pre-order timeframes depend on the collection and sourcing requirements. Please refer to the Pre-Order Information shown on the product and before checkout for the current estimated timeframe.

When does my pre-order timeframe begin?

Your estimated processing timeframe begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Because pre-orders may be sourced specifically for the customer, cancellation may not be possible once sourcing has commenced. Please read our Terms & Conditions and Pre-Order Information carefully before purchasing.

Can I change my hair selection after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your hair has been sourced or your order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Can Enesy Hair create a custom wig for me?

How do I provide my wig measurements?

Yes. We offer custom wig-making and styling services. Depending on your chosen service, you can customise elements such as length, texture, colour, cap construction and styling.

You will be provided with measurement instructions when required. Accurate measurements are important because your wig is made according to the information supplied.

Are custom wigs refundable if I change my mind?

Can I request a custom colour?

Selected custom-colour services may be available. Please contact us before purchasing if you have a specific colour requirement so we can confirm whether it is suitable for your chosen hair.

Custom-made products are made specifically according to your selected specifications and are generally not eligible for return due to change of mind, incorrect measurements or personal preference. Please review your specifications carefully before confirming your order.
