1. ABOUT ENESY HAIR

Enesy Hair provides premium hair extensions, raw hair, wefts, closures, wigs and related hair services.

Throughout these Terms, “Enesy Hair”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Enesy Hair.

“You”, “your” or “customer” refers to any person accessing our website or purchasing our products or services.

Our website may contain product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information intended to help you make an informed purchasing decision.

2. USING OUR WEBSITE

You agree to use our website lawfully and in a way that does not:

• breach any applicable Australian law;

• interfere with the operation or security of our website;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

These characteristics are part of the nature of premium human hair and should not automatically be considered defects.

Where a product is described as raw or donor hair, characteristics may vary between batches depending on donor availability and sourcing.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our products are subject to availability.

Certain Enesy Hair products may be offered as pre-order products and may be sourced specifically after an order has been placed.

A product being displayed on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.

If we are unable to fulfil an order due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. PRE-ORDERS

Some Enesy Hair products are supplied through our pre-order sourcing model.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

• the product may be sourced specifically for your order;

• processing and sourcing times may differ from ready-to-ship products;

• the estimated timeframe provided at checkout or on the relevant product page is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date;

• supplier, international freight, customs, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect timing; and

• you should review our Pre-Order Information before purchasing.

Once a pre-order has been placed, the product may be specially sourced for you and may not be able to be cancelled simply because you have changed your mind.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. ORDERS

An order is submitted when you complete checkout and payment has been successfully received.

Your order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted if the product subsequently becomes unavailable or an obvious pricing or listing error is identified.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and provide an appropriate remedy.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate, including:

• product selections.

Enesy Hair is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

7. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. However, changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where permitted by law.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure pricing information is accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

8. PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed or sourced.

We may offer payment methods through third-party payment providers. Those providers may have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Enesy Hair does not store complete payment card details unless expressly permitted through our payment processing systems.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• courier delays;

• public holidays;

• extreme weather;

• incorrect delivery information;

• customs or border processing;

• peak periods; and

• other events outside our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery is shared with the relevant delivery carrier, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers should ensure that delivery information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

10. INSPECTION OF YOUR ORDER

We strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives and before cutting, colouring, bleaching, washing, installing, altering or otherwise modifying the hair.

If you believe your product has arrived damaged, incorrect or has a fault, please contact us promptly with photographs and relevant order information.

Do not alter or install the product before contacting us where you believe there may be a product issue, as alterations can make it difficult to assess the original condition of the product.

This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CHANGE OF MIND

Our Returns & Change of Mind Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of human hair products, Enesy Hair does not generally accept returns or exchanges where a customer has simply changed their mind, selected the wrong product, chosen the wrong length, colour, texture or specification, or no longer requires the product.

Certain products may also be specially sourced or customised for an individual customer.

However, nothing in our Returns Policy or these Terms removes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

12. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom wigs and other customised products are made according to the specifications supplied or approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including where applicable:

• cap measurements;

• desired length;

• colour;

• texture;

• density;

• lace or closure selection;

• styling preferences; and

• other custom specifications.

Because customised products are made specifically for the customer, change-of-mind returns may not be available.

We will work with you to resolve genuine product issues in accordance with applicable consumer law.

13. HAIR COLOUR & CUSTOM COLOUR

Human hair can respond differently to colouring, bleaching and chemical processing.

Results may vary depending on the original hair characteristics, previous processing, density, texture and other factors.

Customers should not assume that every bundle will achieve an identical colour result.

Where a customer requests custom colouring or chemical processing, Enesy Hair will take reasonable care when performing the service. However, hair processing carries inherent risks and results can vary.

Customers should follow all care instructions provided by Enesy Hair.

14. HAIR CARE & PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

The longevity and appearance of human hair depend significantly on how the hair is installed, worn, washed, dried, styled and maintained.

Factors that may affect longevity include:

• frequency of wear;

• heat styling;

• chemical processing;

• bleaching or colouring;

• product buildup;

• sleeping with wet hair;

• excessive friction;

• improper brushing;

• swimming;

• exposure to chlorine or salt water; and

• installation technique.

Any longevity information provided by Enesy Hair is a general guide and is not a guarantee of a particular lifespan.

Customers are responsible for following appropriate hair-care instructions.

15. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Where Enesy Hair provides installation, wig-making, styling, braiding, customisation or other hair services, services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.

Appointments may be subject to separate booking, cancellation and service terms.

Customers must provide accurate information relevant to the service and disclose any information reasonably necessary for the service provider to perform the service safely and appropriately.

If you believe a service has not met the applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us so we can assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

16. CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot necessarily be cancelled once processing, sourcing or customisation has commenced.

For pre-orders and specially sourced products, cancellation may not be possible once the product has been ordered from our supplier.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assess cancellation requests according to the stage of the order and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

17. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Promotional offers, discount codes and sales may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional codes cannot be combined;

• discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders;
