Complete the custom wig request form and tell us your preferred wig type, lace size, styling and head measurement.

We review your requirements and, where necessary, inspect photos of your supplied hair before confirming availability, pricing and turnaround time.

Once your request is approved and confirmed, you will receive instructions for safely sending your bundles, closure, frontal or existing wig to Enesy Hair.

Before Sending Your Hair

Important Information

Please read our hair guidelines carefully. Your bundles, closure, frontal or existing wig must meet the following requirements:

All supplied hair is inspected before construction. If the hair does not meet our guidelines, Enesy Hair may decline the service and return the hair to the customer. The service fee may be refunded where applicable, subject to our terms and conditions.

• Hair must be human, virgin or raw hair only
• Synthetic hair is not accepted
• Bundles must be clean and free from product build-up
• Bundles must be free from loose threads
• Please label each bundle with its length, for example 18”, 20” or 22”
• If your wefts have been cut, please tell us when submitting your request
• New lace is preferred (gently worn lace may be accepted after inspection)
• Thick hairline lace, damaged lace and low-quality beauty-supply lace may not be accepted
• Supplied hair must be in suitable condition for wig construction
• Please send clear photos of your hair when requested

Please ensure that you send the correct hair, lace and quantities required for your chosen wig design. Enesy Hair is not responsible for unsuitable, insufficient or damaged hair supplied by the customer.

Processing Time and Shipping/Pick-Up Window

Custom Wig Services have an estimated 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS processing time and shipping/pick-up window.

If you ship or drop-off hair/wigs: Processing time begins the following business day your hair is delivered to us.

If you order ENESY HAIR bundles/wigs to complete your service: Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your hair to arrive to us (Total processing and shipping time: 14-21 business days.)

Your Head Measurements is REQUIRED

To ensure the best possible fit, you must provide your accurate head measurements using a measuring tape. The following measurements should be submitted in your wig order form.

3. Temple to Temple

4. Nape to Nape
