Is Enesy Hair real human hair?
Yes. Our raw and premium collections are made from 100% human hair. Each collection is selected according to its specific sourcing, donor quality, texture and processing level. Please read the individual product description for the exact characteristics of each collection.

What is raw hair?
Raw hair is human hair that has not been chemically processed to create a uniform texture or colour. Because it is closer to its natural state, raw hair can have natural variations in texture, density, colour and strand pattern. These characteristics are part of what makes raw hair unique.

Why can raw hair look different from one bundle to another?
Raw hair comes from real donors, so no two batches are necessarily identical. You may notice natural variations in texture, colour, density or strand thickness. This is not a defect—it is a characteristic of authentic raw hair.

How do I know which Enesy Hair collection is right for me?
Start with our Find Your Enesy Match guide. It helps you choose based on the look you want, your preferred texture, colour goals, density and how you plan to wear your hair.

How many bundles do I need?
This depends on your desired length, fullness and whether you are making a wig or installing extensions.

As a general guide:

• 12–16" — 2–3 bundles

• 18–20" — 3 bundles

• 22–24" — 3–4 bundles

• 26" and longer — 4+ bundles may be recommended

For a fuller, more luxurious look, additional hair may be required. Closure or frontal installations may also require additional bundles.

Will my hair be thick from root to tip?
Our higher-density collections are selected to provide excellent fullness. Collections labelled Super Double Drawn/ Density contain a greater concentration of hair through the lengths, creating a fuller appearance from root to tip.

What is Super Double Drawn hair?
Super Double Drawn hair has been carefully sorted so that a high proportion of the strands are similar in length. This creates a noticeably fuller, denser appearance through the ends and gives you more usable hair.

COLOUR & BLEACHING

Can I bleach my Enesy Hair?
Some collections can be lightened, but the results depend on the specific hair collection, donor hair and starting colour. Always check the product description before purchasing if blonde or colour transformation is your goal.

Which Enesy Hair is best for blonde transformations?
Our Signature Raw and selected Raw Luxury collections are the preferred choices when higher levels of lightening are required. Always have colour services performed by an experienced professional.

Can I dye raw hair?
Yes, raw human hair can generally be coloured. However, colouring changes the condition of the hair and repeated chemical processing can affect longevity. Professional colour application is strongly recommended.

Will raw hair always bleach to exactly the same colour?
No. Because raw hair comes from natural donors, results can vary between batches. Even within the same collection, hair may respond differently to colour. This is one of the natural characteristics of raw hair.

PRE-ORDERS

Why does Enesy Hair operate on pre-order?
Our pre-order model allows us to source specific hair for your order rather than holding large amounts of inventory. This gives us greater flexibility in offering premium hair collections while maintaining a more considered pricing structure.

When will my pre-order arrive?
Pre-order timeframes depend on the collection and sourcing requirements. Please refer to the Pre-Order Information shown on the product and before checkout for the current estimated timeframe.

When does my pre-order timeframe begin?
Your estimated processing timeframe begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Because pre-orders may be sourced specifically for the customer, cancellation may not be possible once sourcing has commenced. Please read our Terms & Conditions and Pre-Order Information carefully before purchasing.

Can I change my hair selection after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your hair has been sourced or your order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

CUSTOM WIGS

Can Enesy Hair create a custom wig for me?
Yes. We offer custom wig-making and styling services. Depending on your chosen service, you can customise elements such as length, texture, colour, cap construction and styling.

How do I provide my wig measurements?
You will be provided with measurement instructions when required. Accurate measurements are important because your wig is made according to the information supplied.

Can I request a custom colour?
Selected custom-colour services may be available. Please contact us before purchasing if you have a specific colour requirement so we can confirm whether it is suitable for your chosen hair.

Are custom wigs refundable if I change my mind?
Custom-made products are made specifically according to your selected specifications and are generally not eligible for return due to change of mind, incorrect measurements or personal preference. Please review your specifications carefully before confirming your order.

SHIPPING

Where does Enesy Hair ship?
We currently ship within Australia. Shipping options and applicable delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for current delivery estimates.

When will my in-stock order be dispatched?
In-stock orders are generally dispatched Monday–Friday for orders received before the applicable daily dispatch cut-off.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

What happens if I am not home?
Your delivery may be left according to the authority you have given the courier or the delivery instructions available for your selected service. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my hair if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of our products and our sourcing model, Enesy Hair does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection or personal preference.

This includes choosing the wrong length, colour, texture, hair type or wig specification.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Do not install, wash, colour, cut or alter the hair before contacting us, as this may affect your ability to make a claim.

What if there is a problem with my hair?
We want you to be happy with your Enesy Hair. If you believe your product has a manufacturing or quality issue, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs or video so we can assess the concern.

CARING FOR YOUR ENESY HAIR

How long will my Enesy Hair last?
Longevity depends on the hair collection, how frequently it is worn, chemical processing, heat styling, installation method and how well it is maintained. High-quality hair can provide excellent longevity when properly cared for.

Can I use heat on Enesy Hair?
Yes, but always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat. Repeated high-temperature styling can gradually affect the condition of any human hair.

How often should I wash my extensions or wig?
Wash only when needed rather than excessively. The ideal frequency depends on your lifestyle, products used and how often the hair is worn.

How should I sleep in my extensions or wig?
Gently detangle the hair before bed and secure it in a low-manipulation style. A satin or silk bonnet or pillowcase can help reduce friction, tangling and moisture loss.

Can I swim in my Enesy Hair?
Swimming can affect extensions and wigs, particularly when exposed to chlorine or salt water. If swimming, protect the hair as much as possible and thoroughly rinse and condition it afterwards.

Why is my raw hair changing texture?
Raw hair retains its natural characteristics. Texture can appear different depending on humidity, washing, drying, styling and the products used. This natural variation is one of the defining characteristics of raw hair.

Yes. However, if you are planning to have Enesy Hair create your wig, we recommend contacting us first so we can help you select the appropriate hair quantity and specifications.

Absolutely. If you're unsure which collection, length, texture or colour is right for you, contact Enesy Hair before placing your order. We would rather help you choose correctly than have you purchase the wrong hair.
