Our Signature Raw is the pinnacle of the Enesy Hair collection — rare single-donor human hair selected for exceptional quality, natural beauty and superior cuticle alignment.
Sourced directly from one donor, each batch preserves the hair's natural characteristics, creating a beautifully consistent texture from root to tip. Because genuine single-donor hair depends entirely on donor availability, our Signature Raw is limited and never mass-produced.
Available in naturally beautiful Straight, Wavy and Curly textures, Signature Raw is created for clients who appreciate the difference that exceptional hair makes.
Selected batches can be professionally lifted to high-brightness blonde shades, including 613 and 60, subject to the individual hair batch and professional strand testing.
This is mostly for clients who want the exceptional — not the ordinary.

At Enesy Hair, every order is prepared with care. Many of our luxury raw hair products are sourced specifically for each customer and may be available by pre-order.

PRE-ORDER & PROCESSING TIMES
Pre-order hair is sourced from our trusted suppliers specifically for your purchase and therefore requires additional processing time.
Hair Extensions: Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and dispatch.
Wigs: Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and dispatch.
Every item is inspected for quality before it is dispatched.
In-Stock Orders: In-stock orders are dispatched Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays, for orders received by 1:00pm AEST (GMT+10).
Processing and dispatch timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by supplier availability, quality-control checks, customs, freight or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact Enesy Hair before purchasing so we can advise whether your timeframe is achievable.

Express Shipping: $15 AUD — estimated 1–2 business days

All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service. Signature on Delivery is included at no additional cost where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided.
Carrier delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed by Enesy Hair. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, public holidays, customs, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
For security, Enesy Hair recommends keeping Signature on Delivery selected where available.
If you select Authority to Leave, you authorise the delivery carrier to leave your parcel at the nominated address without obtaining a signature.
Once the carrier records your parcel as delivered, Enesy Hair is not responsible for parcels that are subsequently lost, stolen or unable to be located.
Please ensure your nominated delivery address is secure before selecting Authority to Leave.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available on selected products and destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, parcel size and available service.
International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs and postal processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by their destination country.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because pre-order products may be purchased specifically for you after your order is placed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to change of mind once Enesy Hair has commenced sourcing or purchasing the product from our supplier.

CUSTOM COLOURED ORDERS
Custom-coloured hair is prepared specifically to your requested colour.
Once a custom-colour order has been confirmed and the colouring process has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect colour selection or personal preference.
This includes custom bleaching, colouring, toning, highlights, ombré, balayage and other colour customisation.
Please note that colour may appear different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the natural characteristics of the hair. Slight variations may therefore occur.
If you require a specific shade, we recommend providing a clear colour reference before ordering.
RETURNS & CHANGE OF MIND
Due to the nature of our products and our pre-order sourcing model, Enesy Hair does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection or personal preference.
This includes selecting the wrong length, texture, colour, hair type or wig specification, deciding you no longer require the product, or changing your mind after the hair has been sourced specifically for your order.
Please carefully review the product information before purchasing and contact us if you need assistance selecting your hair.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact Enesy Hair within 24hours after delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs or video of the issue
Photos of the packaging where relevant
Do not wash, colour, bleach, cut, install, style, chemically process or otherwise alter the hair before contacting us about a suspected issue.
Once hair has been altered or used, it may not be possible to determine whether the issue existed before use.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty or we have supplied an incorrect item, Enesy Hair will immediately assist you by providing a suitable solution.
NATURAL HAIR VARIATIONS
Raw and natural hair is a natural product. Variations in colour, texture, density and curl pattern may occur between donors and batches and are not necessarily considered defects.
Product images may also appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
All orders are sent with tracking.
If your parcel is delayed, Enesy Hair may assist with contacting the delivery carrier or lodging an investigation where available.
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check your nominated delivery location and with household members, neighbours or building management where applicable.
Where Authority to Leave was selected, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer once the carrier records it as delivered.
INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS
Please ensure your name, delivery address, phone number and email address are correct before completing your order.
Enesy Hair is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
